Always get a second opinion. Company A who has serviced my mom’s A/C for many years came out for her annual servicing. They found a leak with her evaporator coils. It would cost $7,400 for a new unit.

Thankfully, I have used Air One One, Air Conditioning and Heating for years and have Joey Larson on speed dial. I called him last night and today Joey, Jorge and Lance came for the 2nd look/see. Not only is there no leak, the unit she has for her 2nd floor is way over rated for the square footage. She only needs a 1 ton unit and has a 2.5 ton unit. There was also no evidence company A did any servicing of the two units this year.

I really do hate it when companies try to take advantage of our parents. Sure, the a/c is old but there is no leak and it cools just fine.

I can’t say enough about Joey Larson and Air One One, Air Conditioning and Heating Experts. I have a home sale closing scheduled for Friday. I went to the property to do my regular pre-closing walk through to make sure that everything is as it was when the house went under contract. Well, of course, something wasn’t… the AC, a mini split unit. Jorge came out within a couple of hours and found it just needed a servicing. He got it back to running in no time and kept us on track.

He and his crew are honest and don’t oversell. Some other company probably would have said it needed to be replaced at a cost of several thousand dollars.

Air One One has come to our rescue twice this year for separate issues. We were taken care of by Jorge both times and he is absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable, professional and is an all-around nice guy. Kelly does a great job scheduling technicians as quickly as possible – and thanks to both of them our home is back to being nice and cool.

We recently had a mini spilt AC system installed into our classroom by Air One One. The installers were great and efficient and the system is quiet and keeps the classroom nice and cool and dry. We are very happy.
